This strategy game lets players fight skirmish battles of all kinds, ranging “from extreme tank combat to deadly sniper stealth missions.” Additionally, cooperative play will be available and multiplayer functionality ranges from 1-on-1 to 4-on-4, with a game mode for giant battles that pits 8 players against 8 others. Choices of armies will be divided in five factions. The company has promised to overhaul the visuals and sound as well, after community feedback. As the game is set for Steam release in late 2013, gamers can also expect options for the Steam Cloud and Workshop, as well as matchmaking for matches. A kicker in this line of Men of War games is the ability to take direct control of vehicles and steer them with directional buttons, instead of the mouse.
